rm all FUNI, funi, INT, LORE, 'gamign', and 'env' timestamps

fix timestamps for youtube (truncate extra zeros, e.g. 0:00, 7:21, etc) Reformat only — never change the actual time. 02:08:53 → 2:08:53, not 1:08:53. Assume all gaps are intentional.
